Fret not, dear readers, for Neophoria is alive and well. I'm still working on the current site, as well as looking into what will be the next incarnation of Neophoria, which will most likely be based on XOOPS or Mambo. Both of them are extremely powerful, modular CMS systems. The hard part is determining which is best suited to Neophoria, and then learning the ins and outs of whichever is chosen so that I can bend it to my will (insert evil cackling here.)
Stay tuned - great things are afoot...
